As done by @afkbrb, now we can configure the G-Data credentials from the refine.ini which is not updated in the wiki. Hence the document is still ambiguous for users as to how to finally put the G-Data credentials in the OpenRefine.
Therefore the Oauth Wiki Page should be updated which may ease the Oauth process for the users

Migrating this to the repository for the website as I would expect this to be in the docs, not in the wiki.

Wait, we documented it in the refine.ini file itself as below, but it's for developers only, yes? So only the technical docs?

# Google Data OAuth configuration for developers
# (NOTE: This is only needed for developers. Users of released versions can ignore this)
# To get your credentials, please see the instructions on the wiki:
# https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/wiki/Google-Extension
#GDATA_CLIENT_ID=your_client_id
#GDATA_CLIENT_SECRET=your_client_secret
#GDATA_API_KEY=your API key

I don't understand what improvements are being requested here? The wiki page seems relatively clear to me https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/wiki/Google-Extension. The information from the wiki page can be migrated to the technical documentation but I'm not clear on how it needs improving (if at all)
