Add Support for 12-Hour Clock Format and Improve 24-Hour Clock Logic

The application currently uses a 24-hour clock format. This feature will add support for a 12-hour clock format and enhance the existing 24-hour clock logic for better performance and accuracy. Users will be able to switch between the 12-hour and 24-hour formats via the options screen.
