Proxmox Install

this issue is about installing Proxmox into the OL infrastructure and setting up cluster VM so the community can use them.

We have one proxmox set up on unnamed hardware 1, to be installed in the rest

Note: we should take care to allow cluster running in a degraded state (as long as there aren't even members but odd(3 workers great, 2 bad, 1 ok))

Current setup:

PVE1 (pc1):

• [pve] vote count: 3
• [net] vmbr0 (mb rj45) lan
• [net] vmbr1 (pcie rj45) wan
• [net] vmb9 (pcie ? 10Gbit/s) ceph
• [storage] 4x1TB hdd
• [storage] 24Gb SATA SSD (os)
• [storage] 500GB SATA SSD (passed to truenas VM from 24gb ssd, NFS mount on PVE(Secure remote storage connection with Proxmox #9))

PVE2 (thinkcenter):

• PVE vote count: 1
• [net] vmbr0 (mb rj45) lan
• [net] vmbr1 (wifi) (maybe 4 ap of pfsense?)
• [storage] ? ? SSD (os)

PVE3 (pc2):

• PVE vote count: 1
• [net] vmbr0 (mb rj45) lan
• [net] vmbr1 (pci rj45) wan;
• [net] vmb9 (pcie ? 10Gbit/s) ceph
• [storage] 240GB SATA SSD (os)
