Cilk development tool for MS Windows environment

I would like to have Cilk ported over to the MS Windows environment. With tutorial and documentation in pdf format on the Cilk website.

Are you looking to use OpenCilk directly on Windows, or would Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) work for you? If WSL works for your case, then you can install OpenCilk in WSL just like you would install it on Linux.

Aside from WSL, OpenCilk doesn't currently support Windows natively. There are several significant technical challenges to natively supporting Windows, which require significant engineering work to extend core parts of the system. So OpenCilk probably won't support Windows natively in the near future.

Can you tell us more about what you would like to use OpenCilk for on Windows?
