0.9.9.7

FIXED: Restored the ability to shrink URLs via TinyURL.

FIXED: If your hotkey settings file has somehow gotten corrupted, you will no longer be barred from creating new hotkey events for all eternity. (The curse is lifted! Rejoice!)

FIXED: In the above case, it will also now recreate the default hotkey set for you, so you at least aren't left completely without hotkeys.

FIXED: Font metrics calculations now reflect reality even when a font has an offset for glyphs. Any deviation from the 'real' width of a spawn will now be an underestimation, so a line of the width reported to the game via Telnet NAWS will never wrap.

FIXED: After a great deal of macOS text layout system forensics, the breaking change to the system has been found and the MUSH Text Editor works again.

0.9.9.6 rc6

This changelog also covers the previous five 64-bit release candidates.

As you've all noticed, I haven't finished the Atlantis 2.0 clean rewrite in Swift I had started. As you've also all noticed, Catalina no longer will support 32-bit applications, which means Atlantis needed a rebuild. Hence the 0.9.9.6 line.

Atlantis is now a 64-bit application and so will run under Catalina.

Input area will no longer en-smarten quotes.

Automatically disables dark mode until Atlantis can be rewritten to support it.

The Growl notification functionality will now also automatically support Notification Center.

Fixes for a number of crashes and bugs that arose due to aging code.

Unfortunately, scripting is no longer functional. Neither CamelBones (written by my late friend Sherm Pendley) nor the Lua framework I used are supported anymore, and neither can compile under modern tools. I will be redoing the script system, but the 64-bit release was more immediately pressing.

0.9.9.5

This is really just a sort of temporary build, one that fixed a couple of bugs for various friends, and where I began working on the 64-bit conversion. It's only in here as a placeholder so the appcast has somewhere to start before 0.9.9.6 real-version comes out.
