A geospatial assessment of number of people without access to clean cooking within XX (this will be defined later) km from each LPG port and refinery in that can afford LPG under different affordability scenarios/measures. (as well as potentially some other types of infrastructure – we will come back to you on this one ASAP). We will be mapping the LPG infrastructure from our side so can provide this.
