Run the installer with /lvx* log.txt switch and attach resulting log file here.

Open console, go to folder where you have OpenShellSetup_4_4_195.exe installer and run:
OpenShellSetup_4_4_195.exe /lvx* log.txt

log.txt file will be created in the same folder once installation ends.
