I'm with github.com/mlpack/mlpack, a C++ machine learning library. If that counts I would be happy to join. :)

+1. I was just wondering what the purpose of this repo would be?

@diehlpk I think, depending on the level of support from Google, we might end up using the repo as a site to collate open-science related GSoC orgs (somehow figuring out how to do with with minimal maintenance burden... 😆)

Everyone on this thread should have an invitation - you can apparently visit this link to accept it if you haven't already: https://github.com/Open-Science-GSoC

Hello Everyone! Hope everyone is doing well and applying to GSoC again! We all spoke at the mentor summit about helping promote each other. Even though we're not officially accepted yet I was thinking we could start by creating a list of each other's websites we can use in our promotional materials and/or distribute? I'm at Boston University and would be happy to promote your projects to departments here.

Great idea, I nearly posted something yesterday, but couldn't decide if I was jumping the gun. We will be applying as @OpenChemistry again, https://openchemistry.org/ is the main web page. Lots to do, what it the best form to gather some of this information?

Hello all! Can we start a README in this repo and link all the organizations participating this year?

@MridulS Maybe you want to make a PR and we can collaboratively add to the readme doc?
