How to set up omnisharp with roslynator #2625

@tXJtqlb3bbeKD1yW8SV7, If you are using VS Code, then there is a Roslynator extension you can install. Otherwise, I think you can use these instructions and it will work even if you aren't using VS Code. |

I couldn't get omnisharp to work with https://github.com/JosefPihrt/Roslynator as the wiki says you can. Do I have to put a path to some .dll file that is inside the nuget package in the omnisharp.json?
