Can we upload the resulting mp4 file to sites likes Vimeo/Youtube etc. without the re-encoding affecting it?

Hi! Pretty much what it says on the title, I'm not sure if there's a way to ensure the youtube/whatever compression/re-compression damaging the .mp4 file you end up generating.
