Stuck on: Waiting for server to come up... & Not able to login into web version.

Dear Okuna Programmers, really good work thank you for your work.

I tried to set it up locally full install on Windows resulting in the following:

Creating network "okuna-api_okuna" with the default driver
Creating okuna-api_redis_1 ... done
Creating okuna-api_db_1 ... done
Creating okuna-api ... done
Creating okuna-worker ... done
Creating okuna-scheduler ... done
\ Waiting for server to come up...

Please tell me the fix (or the misunderstanding of me), I cannot also login, the credentials in the readme of the web github repository don't work. I need more details about the program how to set-up and run, the readme for me is a little bit short.

No unfortunately, please help me. (Alsjeblieft help).
I really want to provide a platform without nudity and addictive algorithm's for my family. So we can communicate together.
