The eth_simulateV1 method appeared on the Ethereum network after the release of Geth v1.14.9 and Nethermind v1.28.0. I can't find an announcement that the method is available in Arbitrum, can you please tell me if it is available, and if not, when is it planned?

Thanks for the request. Along with all of the feature development on Nitro, we also make time to update our fork of go-ethereum to pull in the upstream changes. We are currently lagging go-ethereum by about 6 months. We will probably be at parity with v1.14.4 in one of the next two nitro releases. It is hard to predict exactly when we'll have caught up to v1.14.9, but since it was released in September of last year, I suspect April-ish is a good estimate.

We'll update this issue again when that version is merged in, or, if we decide we need the eth_simulateV1 method earlier, we may pull in support for that method earlier. Either way, we'll update this issue when it happens.
