Relic level caps not accurate

Someone posted this on our github for FTB Stoneblock 4. From what I know we haven't changed any of the default configs in our pack. Is there something we're doing wrong here?

We also have Reliquified Addons for Ars, Twilight Forest, and Cataclysm. As well as Artifacts + Compat mod
