Find way to integrate publish data created with confluence #185

This could be a button called 'publish to confluence' which would use an api like https://www.npmjs.com/package/confluence-api to maintain a page in that wiki with BSIMM data from a team

The publish mode would also allow for the current 'offline' execution mode, and maybe an Jenkins integration where a job is used to keep data published to private repos (with customer specific data) in sync with confluence

Another option (more short term, and practical) is to have a way to easily export and import data from/to confluence

That way the security champions would use the confluence to edit the data (with the data manually syncronised, via an import workflow, by the central AppSec team)
