Need to document virtualbox setting to enable symlinks

Looks like:
VBoxManage.exe setextradata VM_NAME VBoxInternal2/SharedFoldersEnableSymlinksCreate/SHARE_NAME 1

Might be able to use global instead of VM_NAME
