Section P needs to be checked for mistakes + add opening in new tab

I've fixed up a couple things in Section P after finding some mistakes. Best to go over it again and make sure everything is right. The links to other pages need { target="_blank" } so they open in a new tab.

Hi @Dev-Sudarshan , there is a lot of work being done on the backend stuff atm, not sure what the status of that is. @MRdep would know best if working on this can be then moved into how the backend is being set up, otherwise I wouldn't want you to do work that gets discarded once the latest changes are merged.
