need to increase the size of assingmnet type title from 50 to 100

Hi, does anyone can provide input on where I'd make the change?
database shows title as 100 characters long
but I can't find were in the code I could ensure that a tleast 50 chareacters can be stroed for the assignment type title
can anyone provide some input on what file and maybe what line I should modify?
