phpv8.1, mariadb10.3

Hi @jmoyola I was facing the same issue and maybe this can help:

first of all resolve the missing table by restoring the db from backup
give the upgrade another go by making sure to use this zip https://github.com/OS4ED/openSIS-Classic/tree/Version_8.0
do not use the zip from the release page.
