Next release? Major or minor?

Two pull requests, “support for os2web_key” (#101) and
“Digital Signature” (#167), have recently been merged to the develop branch, and we must create a release.

Both pull requests add new functionality and don't introduce breaking changes per se, however, as stated in the updated changelog (https://github.com/OS2Forms/os2forms/blob/develop/CHANGELOG.md#unreleased), the changes in #101 require reconfiguration of two modules.

The fact that we need to reconfigure two modules hints at a major release, 5.0.0.

@rimi-itk since the PR #101 requires some manual actions, I would assume it is per se a breaking change, since without these actions the functionality does not work anymore. Should we make automatic upgrade path - that would not be the issue, but to my knowledge we don't have any automated upgrade path. Correct me if I am wrong here.

taking that into account, i vote for making a major release - 5.0.0

@rimi-itk @ChatBotBerg There will be an official release in the fall. Ahould this not be part of that release.
And should we start working on it as a RC-5.0.0 candidate / Release ?

@skifter, a 5.0.0-RC1 (and counting) release sounds like a good idea.
