Changes from OHDSI/FeatureExtraction#262 introduce 2 new columns to the covariate_ref table: value_as_concept_id and collisions. As a result, these changes either need to be reflected in the Characterization package or explicit columns from the covariate_ref return value of FeatureExtraction should be stored. I'd suggest changing the covariate_ref table and will submit a PR with those changes shortly.
