ubuntu-20.04 runners EOL April 1st 2025

On april 1st, the ubuntu-20.04 runners that we use for Odoo < 14 will stop working.

Is anyone interested in adapting the template to cope with that?

We should at least try to make it run w/ 22.04. I can test that on existing repos.

Old but quite used :) A lot of ppl/customers are still using v14 and is going to be the case for the whole year at least (maybe more).

I thinks it's 13.0 and below, not 14.0
