Can we switch from travis to github actions instead ?

Pros-

no need to maintain seperate service
automated deployments is easy
currently we use travis only for test run -> easily done using github actions

Cons-

travis has support for api (but we don't use travis api -> so no issue)

Apart from just running tests and build
other things can also be implemented
