[Issue]: chinese mythology nether problem

What is the issue?

when i go to coords x : 0, z : 0, the nether is just an empty void

To Reproduce

steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. get in the chinese moythology world, i recommend in creative
2. teleport to coords 0/(any y level)/0
3. see the result
