Files from metin2 not working

I am no longer able to convert these files, they have been exported using Granny 2.9.12 but the file format is tweaked (changed the tag to 0x70000039 but it should've been 0x80000037), I can't see what else it's different, why I cannot convert them

Using some of my own tools and Granny Viewer I see no meshes or models, are these skeletons only?
