Framework 13 AMD unstability with kernel parameter fix #1348

Hello,

I have noticed crashing and resume failing after success suspend (it would reboot successfully).

It seems like with kernel param "pcie_aspm=off", I managed to suspend my laptop just fine (with kernel version 6.12.10).

boot.kernelParams = [
  "pcie_aspm=off"
];

Maybe we could add this fix for a certain kernel version?
