[V2] Umbraco v14 compatible UI

Feature summary

Update the project to work in Umbraco v14 in the most efficient way.

This would be a fairly large task and I would love some help with this.

Would need to understand what the V14 version of the Media Picker UI looks like and how it works, ideally rather than replicating the entire UI it would be great if this version could "just extend" the UI components to add the new fields limiting the amount of core behaviour that needs to be copied/replicated.

Additional details

1. Add a toggle to indicate if the selected media item is decorative or not - defaults to not
2. Add an input (with label) for the default Alt Description to be added
3. For each local crop, when editing the crop, also show a new input for a Crop Alt Description that can be populated
4. If the image is set as decorative, then hide the description fields
