Initial release

This release has all the necessary code to run the contest server and interact with the clients.

It is marked as a pre-release because it has the users, tokens, and contest data hardcoded into the server file. It has to change in order to use the Seminarjs storage system, and get the users from there.

It is also missing the admin web view, the user view, and the contest view pages.
