Latest tag forgotten for v2.13.0?

Just FYI, the latest tag on Github is still pointing to v2.12.6 intead of v2.13.0. Not a big issue and maybe on purpose, but this stops the helper script from updating to v2.13.0 :-)

Docker pulls v2.13.0 as the latest.

I was simply stating that the docker is showing v2.13.0 as latest and some folks might be confused about it. For example, I wasn't closely following the recent developments and I accidentally checked the change logs for the latest tag instead.

Fixed, checkbox wasn't ticked on release.. usually it's ticked by default :/
