NPM Access Lists behind Cloudflare DNS Proxy?

I have an Access List configured on NPM on a remote server to allow traffic from my VPN to certain proxy hosts. I'm attempting to set up Cloudflare DNS Proxy, and the proxied hosts are reachable via the proxied DNS record if they are publicly available. However, my "VPN only" access list fails as now the request is coming from an external IP (the Cloudflare proxied DNS IP) and this changes often enough so I can't add it to the Access List. Is it possible to still allow traffic from the VPN when the proxied hosts are hidden behind an additional layer of Cloudflare proxied DNS?
