How to setup redirect location?

I curently have this setup in NGINX. How can I replicate the redirect in NPM?

    proxy_pass http://192.168.1.12:2342;
    proxy_set_header Host $host;

    proxy_http_version 1.1;
    proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
    proxy_set_header Upgrade $http_upgrade;
    proxy_set_header Connection $connection_upgrade;

I added it as a custom config on the proxy host and that seems to work.
