The next update enables a whole directory upload through the jupyterlab file browser

The base images are outdated on dockerhub. They've moved to quay.io
https://quay.io/repository/jupyter/base-notebook?tab=info

Neurodesktop with new base image here, and currently building a new dev image for testing.
https://github.com/NeuroDesk/neurodesktop/tree/quay.io-jupyter-baseimage
This will be lab-4.2.6 and ubuntu-24.04
