Hey kevins1022!

That's awesome, I appreciate your hard work translating this! If you would like we can work on adding localization/internationalization support into the wiki and add this as an official option, let me know!

Seems to be a good i18n/l10n plugin for jekyll. I can go ahead and implement this if you're okay with me pulling in your code (with credit of course).

My project is based on https://docsify.js.org/.

I understand, you mean I can use the https://github.com/Anthony-Gaudino/jekyll-multiple-languages-plugin plugin to make a language pack.
This is also a good idea.

I can provide Chinese language packs.

I'll take a look at getting that plugin setup in our base theme and try to transfer some of the content over. Once that's done if you could check it over and help me fix anything I screwed up that would be amazing.

Looking more at that plugin, it looks like it's not natively supported by Github Pages. My goal would be for everything to work with Github Pages so contributors don't have to compile locally on every pull request. I'll take a shot at an implementation similar to this https://www.sylvaindurand.org/making-jekyll-multilingual/
