A kobold hit me with 3031 damage

hi, I don't know if this was a like a 0.01% chance you put there or something, it would be funny to have a SUPER CRITIC attack.
but regardless, I was fighting a kobold on the 4th floor, and it made a critical damage of 3031 hp. and in another attempt, in the 2th floor, with a 1155 hp, no critical attack.
anyway, having fun.

This sounds similar to #61, however, I don't see any missing null terminators in src/floor4.c. That said, there aren't any Kobolds in floor4.c either. 😬

Since MONSTER_KOBOLD == 0, I assume we're walking off an array, just in some other way. I might play with eliminating the need for those null terminators just as a test.

I found the issue: one of the encounter table entries had a mismatched layout/monsters. My proposed fix changes the layout to single-monster, but adding another monster to the encounter is an equally-valid fix.
