Describe the bug
pypi blacksheep-2.0.8.tar.gz archive (https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/83/0e/f05f5ccb5bcd743b53cf583070529b8d5df8240b75944ccd5bbd65626be3/blacksheep-2.0.8.tar.gz) has some issues and cannot be properly extracted:

tar -zxf blacksheep-2.0.8.tar.gz 

gzip: stdin: decompression OK, trailing garbage ignored
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
