Users are often confused by when their coins will mature and begin staking.
Some possible ways to communicate this to the user (ideas from the community):

Show a progress bar from 0% - 100%. Where 0% is all UTXOs have no maturity and 100% is at least one UTXO is actively staking.

My personal favorite: Change the tooltip Not staking because you don't have mature coins to Not staking because you don't have mature coins. Next group of coins will mature in 18h 37m or something similar.
