소문자 작성 해도 201 응답으로 안됨
직접 url 써서 한땀한땀 하는게 신상에 좋음
ncloud 문의사항에 올려도 소스 리뷰는 없으니 알아서 하라함

결국 host와 path, query 부분을 잘 나눠 요청해야함
api 가이드 문서에는 분리해서 써놓지도 않고
머리카락 10만개 정도 빼먹으면서 해결함
