Feature request: Update values for floating IEA 15MW reference turbine. #1142
Description
There have recently been a couple of issues raised regarding the "realism" and documentation of values for the floating_tilt_table and dependency of power and thrust coefficient on wave height and wave period in floating and multidimensional wind turbine models #1125, #1130. PR #996 improves the documentation and adds notes clarifying that current values are fictional, but I'm creating this PR to log the issue for future work to update the reference values with realistic data based on OpenFAST simulations.
