[BUG] Update Turbine Input File Reference and Main Input File Reference #1053
Description
We have autogenerated documentation for the two key input files to FLORIS, namely the "main" input file and the turbine input file, here and here respectively.
However, these have become somewhat out of date, mostly due to negligence on my part. This was brought up by @rafmudaf in #832 (comment), where I had been using comments in the NREL 5MW input file without considering its effect on the autogenerated docs.
I plan to undo the bad commenting I've added in #832, and have opened this issue to record my intention to submit a separate PR that updates the files that build the main and turbine input file reference documentation.
