NSTTF Use Case using GPU runner

Tasks:

• Optical errors
• Batch runs
• Irregular quadrilateral aperture
• Generally refactor OptixCSP to no longer predefine which elements are receivers/mirrors. This would require us to build a cylinder element as well (it is currently only supported as a mirror/does not use optical properties)

Parabolic mirror:

• Reflectivity
• Front/back optical properties
  Note: It's possible the interaction function is (or should be) shared by all elements

Sun generation:

• Position (move away from Halton)
• Shape - User defined (limb darkened), Currently hardcoded to pillbox, Limb darkened is now supported in the Native Runner
