Notes icon not showing up on page tabs of new input page navigation tree

Describe the bug

-Icon next to input page label indicating that the page has a note is not appearing on new navigation tree.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to input page
2. Make a note
3. See that no note icon appears

Expected behavior

Should work as it does in previous versions of SAM.

Also, notes on Results page tabs are cleared when SAM closes and reopens. I'm not sure if that is related to the navigation tree note icons, but would be nice for Results page notes to be preserved when the .sam file is closed and reopened (and when results are cleared).
