Issue with Monthly Cooling Plant load #131
Description
We are trying to simulate the monthly percentage of cooling plant load. However, it gives us an error while running the reopt. I am attaching a copy of the error here along with out inputs for the monthly percentage cooling plant load. The tool works fine with the annual percentage of cooling plant load.
