Solar PV Default Cost Changes
Default PV capital costs (installed_cost_per_kw) are now determined by REopt based on both size class and array type, with the following default costs per kW-DC:

Rooftop PV Costs:
Residential (up to 11 kW): $2,783
Small Commercial (12 – 100 kW): $2,232
Large Commercial (101 – 2,000 kW): $1,920
Industrial (2,001 – 10,000 kW): $1,661
Utility (10,001 kW and larger): $1,239

Ground-mount PV costs:
Residential (up to 11 kW): $3618 (30% higher than rooftop residential)
Small Commercial (12 – 100 kW): $2902 (30% higher than rooftop small commercial)
Large Commercial (101 – 2,000 kW): $2208 (15% higher than rooftop large commercial)
Industrial (2,001 – 10,000 kW): $1,661 (same as rooftop industrial)
Utility (10,001 kW and larger): $1,239 (same as rooftop utility which is typically ground-mount either way)

Default O&M Costs (om_cost_per_kw) are also determined by size class, with the following defaults per kW-DC/year:
Residential (up to 11 kW): $32
Small Commercial (12 – 100 kW): $26
Large Commercial (101 – 2,000 kW): $20
Industrial (2,001 – 10,000 kW): $20
Utility (10,001 kW and larger): $17
