Coil Sizing Details report shows unknown N/A and -999 and Fan naming

Issue overview

The createRPD utility depends on the coil sizing details tables being well populated, but in the cases when items are hard-sized, the values are not shown, including the fan names. Also systems with central and distributed fans like PIUs show only the PIU fan and this should probably be broken into showing two different fans, the PIU fan and the central supply fan.
