Discount points if open hints

A feature I have seen in other CTFs is to give players the option to view hints, but, if they open it, a configurable number of points will be deducted for them on that specific challenge.

This way, people that get stuck (probably newbies) can still moving, and hardcore teams, wont take hints to try to win the CTF.

The problem with this kind of feature is that hardcore teams tend to create throwaway accounts to harvest hints, in most competitions.
