Description
The overall design for UHF requires an MSOSpace. This issue is for designing and implementing an MSOSpace class. At a minimum the class should be developed subject to the considerations mentioned in Vector Space Design. Other considerations one may wish to consider:
- Method for alpha coefficients
- Method for beta coefficients
