Confusion about nvlink module

How does the connection information of the nvlink of the gpu and nvswitch interact? There is a "nvlinkLibCtx" global structure in the driver code. Is this shared by all devices in the network, or is it exclusive to a single device? If it is shared, I don’t see where it is updated.
And some interfaces of nvlink are registered to the nvoc module (such as knvlinkCoreAddDevice), but I can't find where to call these api.
