How can I stop irq/xxx-nvidia process?

I want to rebind gpu device to VFIO-PCI driver, but I get a log like: can not remove nvidia device with irq/xxx-nvidia process usage.
I found in a node, there is some irq/xxx-nvidia process, but another node, there don't have any process named irq/xxx-nvidia, on this rebind success.
and all of the above nodes are installed nvidia driver.
nvidia gpu driver version in first node is 515.76.00, another node is 470.82.00
may I ask what is the irq/xxx-nvidia process, and how can I stop it?
