Hercules v2 ideas list

I'm starting a discussion to keep track of things we think are important to have in Hercules v2. I suggest with assign a priority [H, M, L] to each idea, with the goal of including all H-tagged items; seriously considering any M-tagged items, and taking L-tagged items as a bonus or for possible inclusion in a minor release after the release of 2.0.

• Recentering code around "long-run" wind simulator, replacing AMR-Wind with Helics as the core wind simulator [H]
• Clarify interface to think through use cases and avoid future breaking changes [H]
• Refactor examples to use "long-run" simulation [M]
• Remove examples that are now legacy and not in line with how we intend Hercules to be used [M]
• Create uniform power output channels for all pysims [M]
• Add full suite of tests to cover more of the code [L]

Consider cleaning up the various print statements throughout so that the output stream is more compact [L]
