Make assignment tool #9
Description
In order to make jgraph assignemen tools, a major refactoring is necessary. A class with methods to add/change/remove coupling, add/change/remove assignments... Currently it works as a dead-end, as if it only had a constructor. It should also allow to save the work.... big question how!
