E2E

Use appium or similar to do end to end tests. 

Acceptance criteria : 

- [ ] start app and accept terms and conditions
- [ ] should be able to take a screenshot

You can have a look to https://github.com/NMF-earth/nmf-app/tree/feature/e2e but don't work from it, I will delete this branch because it's outdated and not completely working.
